Report It changes - 22 February 2023

Our Report It website has changed (on Wednesday 22 February 2023) as we have moved over to the Love Clean Streets website.

Changes to the Report It website

Any highways issues you report to us on our website, will now be made on the Love Clean Streets website.

You will still be able to access the advice and guidance on Report It in the same way, however, you will be signposted to the third-party Love Clean Streets website to make your report.

Create an account

You will need to create an account with Love Clean Streets before you can make your report.  To do this, you will need an email address and password.

If you have already created an account via the Love Clean Streets mobile app, you will be able to use this to login to the website, however you will need to save a password.

Tracking your reports

Any open reports you have submitted in the past 3 months to the Report It website, should be available to view in the Love Clean Streets website.

You will be able to track the progress of these reports on Love Clean Streets by searching for:

  • ward
  • category

If you have given your consent and provided your email address, you will be able to access your existing open reports (from within the last 3 months) via your account in the new Love Clean Streets website or app.

Completed reports

If your report was closed before 22 February, you should have received an email notification to inform you of this - please check your spam/junk folders.

If you want to check progress of a report that is not visible in Love Clean Streets, please contact our Customer Access for Highways on 0300 123 6780 with your reference number.

Report It on the go

You can continue to report highways issues on the go to us, using your mobile or tablet via the Love Clean Streets mobile app. It’s simple to use and your issue can be logged in seconds.

Any reports you make via the app will not be affected by the changes to our website and you will be able to track the progress of your report.

The mobile app is the quickest way to report highways faults to us, and provides many benefits:

  • you don't need to log in every time you use the app
  • you can pinpoint your location using the location facilities on your mobile or tablet
  • you can attach photos direct from your phone
