1. The SENDCO Induction Programme aims to support a SENDCO at the beginning of their new role and provide early help and guidance to get started.
2. SENDCOs will explore the role of the SENDCO
3. It will identify the duties and key legislation in relation to the role of the SENDCO
4. It will provide practical support on how to implement the Graduated Approach, Provision Mapping, IEPs, Co-production and annual reviews
5. SENDCOs will be advised on key processes and personnel within the Lancashire Local Offer
