2025 Yearbook
In our busy work lives, we spend a lot of time looking towards the coming weeks and months ahead, without much time to reflect on what we have worked on. As we start preparing for the new year, it's great to look back and reflect on the amazing work and progress achieved in the past year, for both yourself and the residents of Lancashire.
Our 2025 Yearbook gives you the opportunity to do just that.
Whether this is recognising your own personal development and success, celebrating the work of your colleagues, or even just saying thank you to someone, our Yearbook is for you to comment on what has made you feel proud this year.
The Yearbook is accessible to everyone who works at Lancashire County Council. To submit a comment of recognition, please enter your details below.

To all in the Apprenticeship Team, what an amazing year of successes and enrolments we have had. A record number of 430 apprentices enrolled this year across LCC Services and in Lancashire Schools. This is the highest number of apprentices enrolled in a calendar year since the levy started in 2017. And fantastic number of 190 apprentices successfully completing their apprenticeship in 2025. What a fabulous team to work with!!! Merry Christmas to all of you. From Sarah and Charlotte

In 2025, the Practice Development Managers (PDM) team has worked incredibly hard, continuing to show commitment and collaboration to supporting social work practice and driving positive change. Not everyone sees all the discussions, planning, preparation, reflection, and review that goes on behind the scenes, and it's lovely to be part of a team that is so dedicated, passionate and supportive.
