2025 Yearbook
In our busy work lives, we spend a lot of time looking towards the coming weeks and months ahead, without much time to reflect on what we have worked on. As we start preparing for the new year, it's great to look back and reflect on the amazing work and progress achieved in the past year, for both yourself and the residents of Lancashire.
Our 2025 Yearbook gives you the opportunity to do just that.
Whether this is recognising your own personal development and success, celebrating the work of your colleagues, or even just saying thank you to someone, our Yearbook is for you to comment on what has made you feel proud this year.
The Yearbook is accessible to everyone who works at Lancashire County Council. To submit a comment of recognition, please enter your details below.

Thank you to the fabulous Public Health Contract Management team, Lynsey, Emma, Safeera, Izzy and Alex. I appreciate how hard you all work and everything that we've achieved. This year has brought some challenges, which have tested our processes as well as your skills and patience! Whilst the outcomes haven't always been what we expected or hoped, you have excelled and demonstrated your abilities. Working collaboratively with lots of other colleagues, you all regularly receive positive feedback on how well you have handled situations. We consistently work well as a team, supporting each other with both work and personal issues. I hope you all enjoy a well-deserved break over the festive period, and I'm looking forward to 2026.

I want to thank my amazing Establishment Operations Team; Elaine, Rachel, and Scott. We may be small, but the work you’ve delivered this year has been outstanding. From maintaining accurate positions and structures to supporting managers across all levels, your attention to detail and commitment have been exceptional. Alongside keeping BAU running smoothly, you’ve driven process improvements, delivered briefing sessions, supported testing, and so much more. Your resilience and dedication make a real difference every day, and I’m proud of what we’ve achieved together. A big thank you also to the People’s Hub team for the incredible support we give each other. And a special thanks to my manager Kelly for her guidance and encouragement throughout the year. Excited for what we’ll achieve in 2026—here’s to another year of innovation, collaboration, and success!
