2025 Yearbook

In our busy work lives, we spend a lot of time looking towards the coming weeks and months ahead, without much time to reflect on what we have worked on. As we start preparing for the new year, it's great to look back and reflect on the amazing work and progress achieved in the past year, for both yourself and the residents of Lancashire.

Our 2025 Yearbook gives you the opportunity to do just that.

Whether this is recognising your own personal development and success, celebrating the work of your colleagues, or even just saying thank you to someone, our Yearbook is for you to comment on what has made you feel proud this year.

The Yearbook is accessible to everyone who works at Lancashire County Council. To submit a comment of recognition, please enter your details below.

Thanks to everyone who works or volunteers at Fosterfield Day Centre, Chorley - It's such a great team to work with, its been another busy year but the support they give to everyone is fantastic. Here's to 2026.

Over the past 12 months, the School Catering team has produced and served a staggering 12.2 million meals to the school children and students of Lancashire. Using fresh and raw local ingredients, more than 67,000 meals per day are prepared, cooked and served across 500+ school settings. I couldn't be prouder of the kitchen teams, their managers and supporting teams for their collective efforts in making a difference to the children of Lancashire.

I joined LCC in February 2025 and it has been the most amazing place to work. The culture is amazing and I have to say my hub in the SLT for CSC is fantastic. Nothing has been too much trouble to help me get along and working for my director is an absolute pleasure. For the first time in a long time I actually enjoy coming to work. Shout out to Lucy Jackson who has been a fab support from the start as well as Sarah, Becky and Donna and thank you all for making me feel welcome.
