Troubleshooting

Blank display on screen

Check the screen is turned on via the TV remote as it maybe in standby mode.

Meeting is not displayed on the console

Ensure you have invited the room to the meeting once you have done this it should appear on the console.

Experiencing feedback in the room

If you are experiencing feedback in the room, then you may need to mute any laptops/devices that have joined the meeting in the room remote devices should be fine.

Meeting not ended

Please ensure you end the meeting on the console once the meeting have finished
