About the awards

The Pride in Lancashire Awards are part of our wider Civic Pride and placemaking approach, celebrating the people, groups and organisations who are making a positive difference in their communities and shaping the places where people live. 

The Pride in Lancashire awards are open to anyone who lives or works within the county council's boundary area.

A judging panel of senior county councillors will look over the entries we receive and pick the winners.

People who win awards will be invited to attend an event to celebrate Lancashire Day on Friday 27 November 2026.
