Nominate great people for a Pride in Lancashire award
Do you know someone who supports local people by giving up their time as a volunteer?
Does someone you know spend some of their own time to brighten up your local area, or support a local community group?
We are proud of the people who live and work here in Lancashire.
As part of our work to increase civic pride in our county, we’ve announced a new awards scheme for 2026.
Known as the Pride in Lancashire Awards, we want to celebrate the people who make up the red rose county.
Once nominations close at noon on Fri 11 September, our judging panel will then pick the winners who will be invited to a special afternoon event on Lancashire Day - Friday 27 November 2026.
Lancashire Day is a celebration of our county, and remembers the day when people first went to parliament to represent our county.
There are many great things happening in our county each and every day, and this is a time for us to recognise this work and celebrate what makes Lancashire great.
To help to fund the event itself, we've teamed up with some local companies who are sponsoring these awards.
