One page profile

The one page profile has replaced the 'all about me' profile.

A one page profile is a way of recording and sharing information about a child or young person, to support others to get to know them.

It can provide an at a glance way of knowing what really matters to that child or young person. 

The same person can have many profiles such as one for at school, home, a club and work.
