Lancashire Volunteer Partnership
The Lancashire Volunteer Partnership (LVP) is a collaboration between public service organisations across Lancashire. Established in 2016, LVP provides a single gateway into public service volunteering, making it easier than ever to get involved and give back to your community.
Our mission
LVP exists to:
- Reduce vulnerability and social isolation.
- Improve health and wellbeing through community support volunteers.
- Empower volunteers to make a meaningful impact.
- Strengthen community cohesion across Lancashire.
Whether you're supporting members of the community, supporting council services such as museums, libraries, older peoples services, children's services, your time and skills help build a stronger, safer, and more connected Lancashire.
Who can volunteer
Everyone is welcome. LVP is proud to be a truly inclusive partnership, embracing diversity and working to eliminate discrimination, advance equality, and foster good relations. Volunteers come from all walks of life, from 11+ youths to retirees, and bring a rich mix of skills and experiences.
