As part of your induction, there are a few online forms that you are required to complete with your personal details, to ensure you are promptly set up on our systems.
The online forms can be completed by clicking on the links below. Please ensure you fill in all the required forms to avoid any delay in providing you access to our systems.
We need your personal details, including your bank details, to set you up on our payroll systems and to give you an LCC user account. Please complete this online form as soon as possible.
As a member of Lancashire County Council, you are required to disclose under the council's Code of Member Conduct any pecuniary or non-pecuniary interests you have. Please complete this online form as soon as possible and within 28 days of the election.
It is important you understand what you do and don't need to disclose on your register of interests. Please refer to this guidance note (PDF, 152KB) for more information and while you are completing the form.
All newly elected councillors will be offered a corporate mobile phone and a corporate laptop to undertake their council duties. Re-elected councillors will retain their existing corporate equipment, to ensure continuity and allows you to continue your duties without interruption.

Please can all newly elected councillors, book onto an ICT Handover session, where they will be issued with their corporate laptop and mobile phone and will be provided with training on key councillor systems. Please note that when you select the date, you will be asked to select the morning (10am – 12.30pm) or afternoon (1.30 – 4.00pm) slot. Please complete this online form to book your place.
Please can all councillors complete this online form, so we can better understand what ICT training and support you would like.
We would like to invite all councillors to join us for our Welcome Event on Monday 12 May at 9.00am at County Hall. You’ll get to meet senior officers and find out what you need to know about the council and your role. Please register your attendance at the event by completing this online form.

Every new councillor will also be offered a 'buddy' – an experienced officer from our Democratic Services team to provide you with advice and support if you need it, on any aspect of your role. Please look out for an email or phone call from them during your first week.
