2. Who can claim

Childcare providers delivering funded early education places for three and four year olds (including childminders) can claim EYPP funding for eligible children.

This includes settings that have been rated by Ofsted as 'requiring improvement'. However, we will remove any funding for the entitlement from a provider rated 'inadequate' as soon as practicable.
