Arrange the additional annual leave day

You should:

• Provide your manager with confirmation of your 20 years' service with Lancashire County Council.
• Arrange with their manager when the extra day of leave can be taken. This must be recorded locally and not on Oracle Fusion.
• Arrange to take the additional day in agreement with your manager within 12 months of the date you have attained 20 years' service.

If you have attained 20 years' service before 1 August 2010, you should have taken the additional day within 12 months of 1 August 2010.
