Catholic children who are resident in the parish of Holy Apostles, Rossendale, and living in the catchment area of the former parish of St Joseph and St Peter.

Within each other categories listed above, the following provisions will be applied in the following order:
Where evidence is provided at the time of application of an exceptional social, medical or pastoral need of the child which can most appropriately be met at this school, the application will be placed at the top of the category in which the application is made.
The attendance of a brother or sister at the school at the time of enrolment will increase the priority of an application within each category so that the application will be placed at the top of the category in which the application is made after children in (i) above.
If it is not possible to offer places for all applications within any criterion above, priority will be given to those living closest to the school measured by the method used by the local authority. In the event of distances being the same for two or more applicants, places will be allocated by the method used by the local authority.
