Apply for a concessionary travel pass (NoWcard)

If you live in Lancashire (including Blackpool and Blackburn with Darwen), you might be able to get a travel bus pass called a NoWcard.

You can apply if you’re old enough. Check your eligibility.

You have a disability, this could include:

• Blindness or poor eyesight

• Severe hearing loss

• No speech

• A long-term problem walking

• No use of both arms

• A learning disability

• A health condition that would stop you getting a driving licence

Your NoWcard lets you travel for free or at a lower cost on local buses. It has a chip that records your journeys and checks your fare.

You can use it:

• Monday to Friday, from 9.30am to 11pm

• Anytime on weekends and public holidays

• Anywhere in England (not in Wales, Scotland or Northern Ireland)

You’ll need:

• A recent passport-style photo

• Proof of your address

• Proof of your age or disability
