Community and Family Engagement

Community and Family Engagement

The Stronger Communities Team provide additional support alongside school core support and other mainstream services in order to improve the engagement, attendance and attainment of children, young people and their families.

Our team members provide educational information and advice to parents and carers, including admissions, attendance, Further Education, Early Years, parent/school meetings, parenting skills, communication and cultural barriers.

In addition, the team can assist with general information on school exclusions, behaviour issues and special educational needs procedures within Lancashire.
