This course is ideally suited to supply teachers, cover supervisors or other colleagues who work across a range of different schools and have to build relationships with students quickly, on a daily basis.

Attendees will:
- consider the challenges of managing behaviour effectively when working in an unfamiliar setting;
- explore strategies and approaches to quickly securing more positive behaviour;
- discuss approaches to establishing presence and creating a positive climate, in a range of settings; and
- explore relational approaches which help to quickly build rapport with students.
