YOU WILL NEED TO BRING HARD COPIES OF YOUR LSIP, CLOSING THE GAP REPORT AND GOVENOR LSIP.
For the Academic Year 2025/26, we are delighted to be able to inform you that the LSIP, including the Closing the Gap Report and the Governor LSIP will be released at the end of September. This is considerably earlier than the release of data via Analyse School Performance (ASP) and the Inspection Data Summary Report (IDSR).
This detailed course is ideal for School Leaders who wish to analyse their data early and feed the outcomes into their School Improvement Work. The session will provide an overview and reminder of the data included in all three of the LSIP reports including how to analyse and interpret it, identifying strengths and areas for development. It will also look at performance of groups and the impact this has.
During the session participants will have the opportunity to interrogate their own reports and consider the implications. We will consider how all three of the data sources can be used to have an impact on the curriculum and children in your school as we move forward as well as informing stakeholders.
We will look at exactly what the data means to you as a school and what this means in terms of school improvement. Consideration will be given to key questions that you may be asked in Governor meetings. Participants will be provided with an analysis document as well as an action plan format that can be completed during the session. Members of the Lancashire Data Team will be present to help with the analysis of your data.
In addition, bespoke sessions can be booked for your school/Governing Body/Cluster by emailing mike.thmpson@lancashire.gov.uk
