• These sessions are an opportunity for primary deputy headteachers to meet with Area Team advisers:

• To provide deputy / assistant headteachers with a forum for the discussion of current/future developments in leadership, management, learning and teaching
• To provide updates on recent and upcoming developments in the primary phase

They are an opportunity for deputy / assistant headteachers to network with other colleagues in the local area and keep up to date with recent developments. A variety of different approaches and learning tools are used to assist headteachers in developing the knowledge, understanding and skills required in leading and managing a primary school.

Please note that the Deputy Headteacher Forums are for both North and South delegates.
