This course will:
- provide an overview of feedback and marking strategies which can be used within the teaching sequence for English
- explore how teachers can utilise feedback and marking during reading and responding lessons
- specify how to feedback during scaffolded and independent writing outcomes
- consider how, and when, children respond to feedback and marking in order to move learning forward, effectively

This brand new course will provide guidance based on evidence based approaches in order to assist schools in developing feedback and marking strategies which impact on children's learning in English. Tried and tested policies will be showcased from schools that have implemented effective approaches.
