You will need your library card number (found on your library card) and your PIN.

Library PIN

It is possible to change your PIN should you wish to after you log into your account.

If you don't know your PIN you can reset your PIN online (Please note that automatic online reset will only work if your current email address is already listed on your library account)

You can also request your PIN at any library or by ringing 0300 123 6703. You will be asked to confirm your personal details against the information we hold before we can reset your PIN. Library Elf

Library Elf is a third party service that we subscribe to, so you can access it for free to help you manage your loans and reservations.
You will need to register with Library Elf using your email address and giving them your library card number.
It will provide you with email alerts that your loan period is nearly over, but before the book is due back. You can tell it how long before and how often to remind you. It will also alert you to overdue books and reservations that have arrived.

You can manage all your family's library cards from one account and help eliminate overdue fines.
