Opening times

Please note that this library will be closed from 9am to 10am on the last Tuesday of every month for staff training.

All our libraries will be closed on bank and public holidays and some additional days.

Events and activities

You and your family can attend a range of reading, learning, craft and cultural events and activities. Most are free, some have a small charge and some need to be booked.

Access and parking

There is a car park available at the rear of Nelson library, and a bicycle park at the front entrance.

There is level access to the library as well as an internal lift for easy access to all levels.
