Getting our support

We want to make it as easy as possible for you to find the right support.

If you have read our assessment and eligibility criteria and feel you are not eligible for our services, you can still arrange your own care.

If you have tried these options or feel you need our support, please get in touch with us. We will then ask a few questions to work out your needs.

If we think we can help you, we will work with you to consider your needs and how you would prefer them to be met.

We can arrange some short-term services while you plan your support if needed.

You may find it helpful to read through the following information before getting in touch with us:

If we feel your needs would be better met with other services, we will still offer you support, information and advice to help you find and arrange your own care.

If you think adult social care could support you, a family member or friend you can complete our referral form.

This will make it easier for us to consider your needs and see how we can support you.

We may connect you to an organisation, such as a voluntary, faith or community group, or refer you for a full needs assessment if we think you may need social care support.
