Lancashire Quality Award – Well-being for the Adults and Children

This award is an opportunity to reflect on and improve your practice and provision for staff and children using our award materials and training.

The self-evaluation tool, along with ongoing mentor support, will help you to develop, implement and maintain a culture for wellbeing for the setting as a whole.

Consideration is given to a set of module standards and how to further improve and develop practice in these areas:

  4. Transitions
  5. Relationships
  6. Parents
  7. Learning and development
  8. Emotional development
  9. Leadership and management

In order to be considered for the award at least one member of the EYFS team must attend each of the following essential training courses to support self-reflection of this module prior to submission:
