We have a wide choice of Lancashire Quality Awards to meet your setting's needs and address your priorities, through systematic tools for whole team self-evaluation and reflection. These quality improvement programmes range from focused programmes over a specific period of time to standalone module awards.

Each award will provide an opportunity for practitioners to spend focused time together looking at what they do every day and consider what works well and what could be further developed. They are underpinned by the principles of the Early Years Foundation Stage and current research and built around a set of standards to prompt discussion and provoke thinking, helping you to become aware of areas where improvements are needed.

Undertaking these awards will involve commitment to some specific essential training to support the self-reflective process. Support will be provided during the award process from an assigned mentor. Upon verification and following an awarding panel, you will receive an award certificate and logo.

If you would like to discuss any of our awards with a member of the team, please contact lancashirequalityaward@lancashire.gov.uk.
