Course content

This training focuses on wellbeing as being more than just 'kindness'. Wellbeing must be part of everyday routine and practice, it is an equal right for everyone, including managers.

The training is recorded in two parts, the first is about establishing a culture of wellbeing. It is an overview of recent research as well as practical guidance, tips and ideas for those working with young children on how to support their own wellbeing and those of their colleagues.

The second part is how to implement the five ways to wellbeing in practice providing a range of practical ways in which this can be developed in your setting. Our wellbeing booklet that can be purchased separately has a wealth of information and practical ideas that can used and adapted.
