Getting started

New to working with us? Follow the steps below to understand how to register, find opportunities and prepare your first bid.

Lancashire County Council welcomes interest from businesses and organisations of all sizes.

We are committed to helping suppliers, particularly small and medium-sized businesses, understand how to work with us. We aim to make our procurement processes clear and accessible, help break down unnecessary barriers and give suppliers the confidence to compete for suitable opportunities.

Our guidance and support teams can help you understand our processes, learn about opportunities and identify the right contact if you need more information.

Our engagement events provide opportunities to learn more about working with LCC, understand procurement activity, meet relevant council teams and ask questions.
