Lancashire Supplier Charter
The Lancashire Supplier Charter explains how Lancashire County Council and its suppliers will work together to deliver better outcomes for Lancashire. It sets out shared principles, commitments and expectations that support strong, open and transparent working relationships.
We want all suppliers, whether they are new to working with us or already delivering council contracts, to read the Charter and embed its principles in the way they work with Lancashire County Council.
Services across Lancashire County Council are also embedding the Charter’s principles in how they commission, procure and manage contracts. This shared commitment will help us build consistent and collaborative supplier relationships, address issues openly and deliver better value and outcomes for Lancashire’s residents, businesses and communities.

Supplier Incentive Scheme
The Supplier Incentive Scheme gives participating suppliers the option of receiving payment earlier than their standard contractual payment date. In return, a small rebate is applied based on how early the invoice is paid. The scheme is delivered in partnership with Oxygen Finance and may help suppliers improve cash flow and make their invoicing process more efficient.

Terms and conditions
Access LCC standard terms and conditions for supplying goods and services.
These are Lancashire County Council’s standard terms and conditions for the basic supply of goods and services. They may be referenced in purchase orders issued by the council.
Where a separate contract or agreement is in place, that contract will contain its own terms and conditions. Suppliers should always check the relevant contract documents and purchase order to understand which terms apply.
