Hosting a hybrid meeting in collaboration space

To host a meeting using MS Teams you must connect both the HDMI and USB cable to your laptop device.

Your screen will be duplicated on the monitor you can then start a planned meeting or use the Meet now feature in MS Teams as usual

Choose your audio device setting – remember if you use the system speakers and microphones your conversation may not be private

Remember to turn off any background filters/images or screen blurring effects otherwise you may have issues with the camera.
