We'll email a booking form to you, which you'll need to complete and return with a deposit of 20% to confirm your visit. The final balance is invoiced after your visit has taken place. We'll also send you details of our welcome pack for parents and group leaders which contains everything you’ll need to plan for your visit.

After your confirmation is received, a member of our tutor team will contact you to plan your programme and discuss any specific medical, dietary or religious requirements you might have.
