If you would like any further information contact our Family Information Service. The service is here to help support you from the very start of your child’s early learning journey right up until they start school. So, no matter what questions or concerns you may have, they will be happy to help you.

If you are not sure whether your child is receiving all of their funded hours, check the invoice you get from your provider. They should provide you with a clear invoice and you should be confident about how your fees have been calculated. If you are concerned, please arrange to speak to your provider who should be able to explain your fees. If you are still concerned, please email the Early Education Funding Team at fee234@lancashire.gov.uk with details of your concern.
