Welcome to National Care Leavers’ Month 2025
This November, we proudly celebrate National Care Leavers’ Month (NCLM) — a time dedicated to recognising the strength, resilience, and achievements of care-experienced young people across the UK.
In 2025, National Care Leavers' Week evolved into National Care Leavers' Month. This gives us more time, space, and opportunity to honour care leavers. We can amplify their voices and raise awareness of the challenges they face for a whole month.
This year’s theme is:
Rising as Me: Overcoming challenges, transforming, and finding your identity
Throughout the month, we invite the public, professionals, carers, decision-makers, and the media to come together in celebration and solidarity.
