This year's competition question
What is one new idea you have to celebrate Lancashire’s history and traditions, and how would it help people feel proud of where they live?
Your presentation
Your presentation should be between 3 to 5 minutes long. The judging criteria for the competition will be based on both content and communication:
Interesting content
- Well structured presentation
- Interesting or unique viewpoint
- Appropriate use of vocabulary
- Clear link between presentation and topic question
Effective communication
- Audibility and clarity of voice
- Appropriate body language and gestures
- Limited reliance on notes and prompts
- Confidence in speaking when delivering presentation
