Religious Education
Welcome to the RE section of the Lancashire Grid for Learning.

Here you’ll find a range of resources designed to support high‑quality RE teaching across our county. Lancashire’s SACRE is committed to helping colleagues deliver meaningful and engaging Religious Education for all children and young people.
At the heart of Lancashire’s syllabus is the aim to understand what it means to be human. Through learning about and from religion and worldviews, pupils develop respect, open‑mindedness and greater self-awareness. RE plays a key role in promoting British Values and strengthening community cohesion in Lancashire.
