Pre -planning is essential in a successful start to your teaching career.

As this year we are not able to provide our usual pre- induction face to face sessions we have produced some resources which you can use at home.

There are 2 sessions of video training with associated resources. One is targeted to the Primary setting and another to Secondary.

For both there are two sessions:

Session 1- Planning for week 1 (1.25 hours)

Session 2- Low level behaviour management techniques (1 hour)

The sessions are supported by resources and activity links. Please note that there is more content in the video sessions than in the course handbook!

The content of these sessions will be followed up in the Induction and twilight networks held in 2021/ 22.

As this is a resource for Lancashire NQT's it is passworded. Lancashire NQT's should receive the password through their new school.
