Early Help services are a flexible continuum of support ranging from universal services through to statutory or specialist provision, focussed on improving the lives of children young people and families. We deliver this as a strengthsbased family safeguarding approach across the whole system

Improved Quality of Assessments, Plans and Direct Work
Extensive programme of quality of assurance and practice movement workshops systematically focus on key improvement areas. Assessments to clearly articulate risks - step up arrangements are robust
functions and responsibilities.
