Welfare Call Lancashire PEP training
This training is for schools/settings, children's social care, and virtual school staff.
From 1 September 2026, the Lancashire PEP will be hosted on the Welfare Call platform. You will no longer need to access LCS/the professional portal to complete the PEP. This is training to show you how to:
access the system
navigate the system
complete the form
There will also be plenty of opportunities to ask questions. These sessions will be approximately 1:15 hours long, with opportunities for further questions following this.
