We work in partnership with your staff team to enable all pupils to achieve positive outcomes.
The focus of our involvement is to be as bespoke as possible to:
meet the needs of individual children or young people in your setting
work in partnership with you to develop best practice for SEND in your school
support your SENDCo, ECTs, class teachers, teaching assistants, welfare staff, governors and senior leadership teams
After our involvement, children and staff should benefit from the support provided.
Schools can continue to use our recommendations and strategies to meet children's individual needs and make learning fun and engaging.
Specialist teachers
Our specialist teachers have experience across all areas of special educational needs and disability (SEND).
Our team includes former SENDCos, head teachers, deputy head teachers, key stage leaders, class teachers, and behaviour inclusion specialist teachers. We have worked in both mainstream and specialist settings.
Our teachers are passionate advocates for children and young people with SEND. We use a person-centred approach to meet the individual needs of children and young people.
Specialist HLTAs
The Specialist Inclusion Support Team has a team of specialist HLTAs who work closely with specialist teachers to support inclusion in schools.
We primarily work with children and young people who have difficulties and delays in communication and interaction, cognition and learning and social and emotional mental health needs. Specialist HLTAs follow the recommendations of the specialist teachers to support schools in embedding good and effective inclusive practice.
Please note, specialist HLTA support is made available at the discretion of the specialist teacher, dependent on need and on a case-by-case basis.
The specialist HLTA support consists of either a morning or afternoon weekly session, lasting approximately the duration of half a term.
Our packages of support
Please find below our range of packages on offer for the 2026-2027 academic year. All specialist teacher support is costed at £75 per hour.
Book a 10-hour bespoke block of specialist teacher support with our team. Decide upon your inclusion priorities collaboratively with your specialist teacher and create a bespoke package to support your settings SEND needs.
We can offer:
direct support to your SENDCo, statutory advice and assistance with Individual Support Plans (ISPs) in line with the recent SEND reforms
annual review advice and amendments
whole-class observations for cohorts with a high SEND need, providing universal inclusion strategies to support a wide range of learners within the classroom
individual observations, providing support and inclusion strategies for learners who require a more targeted approach to their education (written reports available)
Our team also consists of experienced HLTAs who work closely with the specialist teachers in some instances to support inclusion in schools. Specialist HLTA support is made available at the discretion of the specialist teacher, dependent on need and on a case-by-case basis.
Book a 4-hour block of specialist teacher support for children and young people with either:
Complex behaviour at risk of permanent exclusion
This includes:
up to a one-hour online consultation with a Specialist Teacher to discuss the needs of the learner and challenges faced in more detail
up to a two-hour observation of the learner within the setting and discussions with class-based staff
one hour to produce a bespoke, strategy-based written report with actions for the educational setting

Observation, assessment and short written action plan for a specific child.
In response to the recent SEND reforms, our team will now offer support for your Inclusion Base. Book a four-hour block of specialist teacher support for your SEND Support Base.
We can offer:
advice and guidance on your support base being a holistic extension of the support your school offers - this will consider individual school context, targeted needs in schools and your school development agenda
practical support to ensure the environment is a tool to support children and young people with SEND engage in purposeful learning. This includes sensory preference needs to consider
advice on the four broad areas of need and curriculum considerations to support your cohort
advice on the learning environment
advice on sensory regulation needs
Our other bookable packages are as follows:
Package D: SpLD Full Diagnostic Assessment - Dyslexia / Dyscalculia (8 hours) or Sensory Preferences (8 hours).
This will include the following; time in school to complete parent and staff questionnaires, assessment of the child and time allocated to writing the report and providing feedback. This should be used for one child.
Package E: Exam Access Arrangements (3 hours – for up to 3 learners).
A minimum of 3 hours can be booked for a specialist teacher to complete 3 x EAA assessments. Parts 2 and 3 of the JCQ Form 8 will be completed following the JCQ guidelines.
Package F: Whole School SEND audit (8 hours).
Package G: Auditory Processing Disorder (APD) (5 hours).

Inclusion unlocked training package
Inclusion Unlocked is a flexible training package tailored to each school’s priorities.
Schools choose modules, which are delivered by a SEND specialist with practical strategies and examples.
Sessions can be used for staff meetings, twilights, training days or INSET.
