Report a no entry
Homecare workers should use this form to notify Lancashire County Council of a 'no entry' situation.
Complete one form for each no entry notification. All details are contained within the form including any relevant checks.
There is a contractual obligation to notify Lancashire County Council of any 'no entry' situations when visiting a service user's home to carry out a commissioned homecare service and there is nobody at the property and/or you cannot gain access to carry out the support.
Before you start
To report a No Entry, you will need to log in to the Adults Portal.
If you do not already have an account, you will need to register first.
To register, you will need to:
Enter your first name and surname
Provide your address
Enter your email address
Create a password
