Who is this course for?

This demonstration is for participants who wish to use the MS365 Planner application to organise and assign tasks for a project.

Aim(s)

This demonstration provides the skills and knowledge to use MS Planner to create a basic plan, create, assign and update tasks and to review a plans progress.

Objectives

  • Access and navigate around in Planner
  • Create a new plan, adding tasks and task details
  • Assign tasks to others, edit and update tasks
  • Create buckets to organise tasks
  • Filter and group tasks
  • Review a Planner chart
  • Add a plan to a Teams channel
