Aims

To empower a greater awareness and understanding of the structure of communication and the way we use different language patterns to make sense of our world and interact with others.

Objectives

At the end of the course participants will be able to:

• Understand the communications cycle
• Communicate more effectively and with greater flexibility.
• Understand how to adapt language to influence or motivate self & others.
• Recognise how language patterns subliminally influence behaviour.
• Change their style of communication to maximise its effect whilst maintaining deep respect for others.
