Aims
To enable Lancashire County Council employees to develop their knowledge, skills and confidence to use coaching conversations effectively within the work environment.
Objectives
By the end of the course, participants will be able to:
• Understand how coaching can benefit individuals and the organisation
• Use the GROW model, incorporating further tools and techniques to support coaching conversations
• Practice the key skills and behaviours of an effective coach
• Review their own ability as a coach
• Access future Coaching CPD events to enhance their coaching skills
