Understand how to build an effective performance management approach by exploring how behaviour, expectations and results determine outcomes.

 

Objectives
At the end of the workshop participants will be able to:

• Define what Performance Management is and explore why effective performance management is critical to the organisation
• Explain your role in managing individual and team performance
• Describe the key stages in the performance management process (cycle)
• Develop techniques to support performance improvement including giving clear honest, feedback that enhances trust and respect
• Plan how to manage and motivate top performers
