Aims
Delegates will be supported to recognise the impact of change in the workplace, explore the elements of change that are most problematic for people and understand how to effectively support people through it.

 

Objectives
Upon completion of this course delegates will be able to:

• Describe the potential impact of change in the workplace.
• Understand how to help people recognise and overcome barriers to change.
• Define the 3 key elements required to create and sustain effective change.
