MAN TGM Gritter Familiarisation (Multi-Function Steering Wheel) - WM55B

Course Duration:
This short familiarisation session is programmed to run for 1.5 hours

Attendees:
This course is directed at operatives who hold a full WSO qualification, or are currently on the WSO rota for Winter Maintenance.

Content Covered:
The course content will cover the main differences between the current Gritter vehicles and the new Gritter vehicles equipped with the Multi-Function Steering Wheel. The course also informs operatives of the different method of checking `System Monitoring` data. Further advice covers operation of the Cruise Control function and use of Primary Retarder. Procedural advice on Add–Blue use is provided as issued by LCC Fleet Services (Advice Note 11A)

Correct usage of `Differential Locks, Speed limiter settings and both Auto and Manual gear selection procedures will also be covered.
