Course aims

This course has been developed to ensure that drivers for LCC are aware of the legal implications and potential hazards involved with Remote Controlled Flail Mower usage and the policies and procedures in place within LCC.

Course objectives

• Improvements in performance and efficiency
• A reduction in L.C.C Mower incidents, maintenance and associated costs
• Have the relevant Legislative knowledge
• Knowledge to Identify Hazards
• Awareness of Relevant LCC Risk Assessments
• Knowledge to Conduct Dynamic Risk Assessments
• Learners to demonstrate practical knowledge using LCC provided Remote Controlled Flail Mower
