Who is this course for?
This mandatory training is for Social Workers and Social Care Support Officers in the teams within Adult Social Care.
Aims
This one day training course is to provide knowledge in how to carry out care compliant assessments and devise a good support plan within the context of a general overview of the Care Act 2014.
The session touches most aspects of the Care Act with particular emphasis on assessment and support planning, building and increasing awareness to ensure a Care Act compliant approach.
