Who is this course for?
Foster carers/ Parents/ Carers of children looked-after (CLA).
Aim(s)
To inform parents/carers about PEPs, explaining the purpose and process of PEP's. Supporting understanding to what a good PEP should contain and what to expect in a PEPs review meetings. To aid confidence to input and help direct the PEP.
Objectives
By the end of the course the participant will be able to:
• Explain what is a PEP
• Be aware of the PEP Process
• Be aware of the different parts/information on the PEP.
• Recognise what is a good PEP
• Build confidence to input and support child's PEP meetings
