- Accountability, role of governors and managing upwards, having difficult conversations, applying for roles, process and preparation

This is an exciting new opportunity for existing middle leaders and staff aspiring towards middle leadership. With a launch event at The Exchange in County Hall we then host a further four days training in a variety of schools and contexts around Lancashire before the celebration event and case study presentations back at The Exchange in Preston.
