Course Aims:
- To explore the key powerful knowledge that is part of the physics programme of study in the national curriculum at both key stage three and key stage four.
- To allow delegates to develop their understanding of the physics required practical components in key stage four.
- To facilitate the building of analogies, models and concrete examples that provide for more effective physics teaching at key stages three and four.

This course is aimed at science teachers who might be teaching physics at key stages three and/or four for whom the subject is not their specialism. There are some practical components to the course in addition to theoretical components.
